Digital Designer

Description Earnix is looking for a highly creative and strategic Digital Designer to serve as the lead designer across the organization, with a primary focus on our digital presence. This role will be responsible for bringing the Earnix brand to life across every digital touchpoint, ensuring a consistent, compelling, and innovative visual identity that strengthens our market presence and creates meaningful audience experiences. As part of the Global Content & Creative team, you will partner closely with teams across brand marketing, communications, product marketing, demand generation, sales, events, and executive stakeholders to develop creative solutions that elevate the Earnix brand. From our website and landing pages to digital advertising, social media campaigns, email, and motion content, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our brand is experienced online around the world, while also extending that identity into events, presentations, and day-to-day business needs. What You'll Do Serve as the lead designer across the organisation, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all channels, with a primary focus on digital. Bring the Earnix visual identity to life in new, compelling, and innovative ways. Lead the design development across digital experiences, paid media, and customer experiences, and support global events and experiential marketing programs. Design and develop assets with a digital-first approach, including:

• Website assets and landing pages
• Digital advertising and paid media creative
• Social media campaigns
• Email and content marketing assets
• Motion graphics, animation, and short-form video
• Presentations and executive communications
• Sales and marketing collateral
• Internal communications materials
• Event branding and environments (supporting)

Design and prototype user-centred web and digital experiences in Figma, including page templates, UI components, and interactive elements, in partnership with web and marketing technology teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into engaging visual concepts and creative solutions. Identify opportunities to evolve and strengthen the visual expression of the Earnix brand while maintaining consistency and scalability. Support the development and stewardship of brand guidelines, design standards, and a scalable digital design system with reusable templates and components. Stay current on digital design, UX, motion, and emerging technology trends, including AI-assisted design tools, to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovation to the organisation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on deadline. Requirements What We're Looking For 8+ years of experience in digital design, web design, visual design, brand design, or creative services. Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital, web, social, and motion design, with additional experience in brand, event, and experiential design. Exceptional visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, composition, and storytelling. Deep understanding of how brands come to life across digital, web, social, and emerging channels, as well as experiential environments. Hands-on experience designing websites, landing pages, and UI components, with a working knowledge of UX principles. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus experience with motion and video tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, audience engagement, and content performance, including using analytics and A/B testing to inform creative decisions. Ability to think strategically about brand expression while executing at a high level of creative craft. Experience designing presentations and executive-level communications. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and manage projects from concept through execution. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience designing for events, conferences, trade shows, or experiential activations is a plus.
