Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our production equipment running efficiently and reliably. This role is ideal for a hands‑on problem solver with experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment Troubleshoot issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely, effective solutions Minimize downtime and improve equipment performance Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation Follow all safety procedures and company standards Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to support continuous improvement Schedule 2-2-3 rotating schedule 12‑hour shifts: Days: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Every other weekend off - guaranteed Compensation & Benefits $33+/hour (based on experience) $2.00/hour shift differential for night shifts Competitive benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match 11 paid holidays + Paid Time Off (PTO) Qualifications Experience in electro‑mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights Why Join Us?
