Berman Voss is seeking an attorney with at least 1 year of experience for its growing workers' compensation department. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid or remote role for a Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney at Berman Voss. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal issues involving all areas of workers' compensation law, as well as independently handling and managing a case load. The day-to-day tasks will include attending court hearings, depositions, mediations, as well as reviewing discovery and medical records.
