Corp Strategic Growth Physician Relations Adv Full-Time Hialeah, FL, US Corporate Strategic Growth & Physician Relations Advisor Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs Campus is seeking a Corporate Strategic Growth & Physician Relations Advisor to support enterprise growth strategy across our multi-campus system in Miami-Dade County. Reporting to executive leadership, this role contributes to system-wide growth planning, service line development, and market expansion, and serves as a principal liaison to our physician community - developing physician engagement and recruitment strategies aligned to strategic service lines, strengthening referral relationships and identifying and closing referral leakage, facilitating credentialing and onboarding to improve the physician experience, supporting retention through structured physician and OR rounding, and advancing our concierge access program through rollout completion, adoption, service line expansion, and ROI monitoring via executive dashboards and KPIs. The ideal candidate brings [7-10]+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience within a hospital or multi-facility health system, with a demonstrated record in business development, physician relations, and service line growth; strong financial and analytical capability; and the professional presence to build credibility with physicians, administrators, and external partners. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
