Title of Position: Dishwasher

Department: Kitchen

Reports to: Manager on Duty

Overall Responsibility:
Purple Cow dishwasher are responsible for cooperatively working with all team members to consistently produce the Purple Cow product. Responsible for all providing the service and culinary teams with clean dishes while upholding our standard of Outrageous guest service. Purple Cow dishwasher should have the ability to work positively in a high paced, team environment.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Maintaining a clean station
• Overall cleaning of restaurant
• Cleaning dishes
• Trash removal
• Stocking of food orders

Communicates with:

• Bus staff
• Soda Jerk
• Servers
• Dish staff
• Kitchen staff
• Management

Qualifications:

• Good Organizational and Multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to stay focused on tasks
• Ability to work with others
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
