Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Recruiter to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States. As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates

- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position

- Conduct background and reference checks on potential candidates

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our recruitment processes

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent  in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction industry

- Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and screening candidates

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
