Account Associate - Service & In-Book Sales

Mike Sawyer State Farm is seeking a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people while identifying opportunities to enhance their protection. As an Account Associate, you'll manage existing client accounts, address service needs, and proactively identify in-book sales opportunities that support customer loyalty and agency growth.

This position requires Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you're not yet licensed, we provide full support and paid training to help you obtain the required credentials.

What You'll Do:

Support Client Needs
• Respond to customer inquiries and deliver prompt, professional assistance.

Manage Policy Servicing
• Handle policy updates, renewals, billing questions, and documentation.

Conduct Policy Reviews
• Identify coverage gaps and present opportunities for additional protection or product upgrades.

Maintain Accurate Records
• Keep client information up to date and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.

Collaborate with the Team
• Work alongside colleagues to provide a seamless, high-quality client experience.

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A strong service mindset with confidence in discussing coverage options
• Organization, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or sales preferred
• Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, or willingness to obtain with agency support

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
