Behavioral Health Clinician (Bachelors - Therapist) Job Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. The Behavioral Health Clinician coordinates with the Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and that quality care is provided to all presenting for services. The Behavioral Health Clinician completes the behavioral health assessment and service plan for all individuals admitted to their assigned program. The BHC documents provided services and coordinates discharges from CBI programs. The BHC coordinates care with the family or other significant others. Responsibilities Coordinate with PCTs, RNs, and BHMPs to ensure a safe environment and quality care for individuals served. Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop service plans for individuals admitted to assigned programs. Document provided services and coordinate discharges from CBI programs. Coordinate care with families or other significant others as appropriate. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health. Master’s Degree is preferred but not required. Master’s Degree in a field related to behavioral health and/or licensure at the associate level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Addiction Counselor is preferred. 1-3 years of full-time health care related work experience where prior experience would provide exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations (preferred). Valid identification required. Licensure at the associate or independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Addiction Counselor is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
