Lead Teacher Whitney Campus | Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit CountyFull-Time (36–40 hrs/week) | $22.50–$23.87 DOE/DOQ (+$1.00/hour Anacortes location differential)Before children can explore the world, they need someone who makes the world feel safe.A comforting smile. Every interaction is an opportunity to build confidence, curiosity, and trust.As the Lead Teacher, you'll create a warm, engaging classroom where learning happens through play, connection, and everyday experiences. You'll guide an Assistant Teacher, partner with families, and help shape an environment where children feel valued, supported, and excited to come each day.We're looking for someone who leads with patience, celebrates progress over perfection, and understands that emotional development is just as important as cognitive growth.
