The Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative, and Pain Medicine, at Stanford University’s School of Medicine, is a world-leading department that offers comprehensive training and perioperative patient care, pain management, and critical care medicine as well as cutting-edge research, encompassing a wide spectrum of programs in basic, translational, clinical, health services and medical education. Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine is seeking a highly motivated, hardworking and professional biostatistician. The primary role of this position is to provide statistical support for a perinatal pharmacoepidemiology research group. Our research team is focused on conducting impactful research studies using large databases to improve the understanding of the use and effects of medications during and after pregnancy. The biostatistician will work closely with the research team tocreate and manage relevant datasets, implement analysis plans, provide analytical output, and contribute to the reporting and publication of findings.
