As their Clinical Quality Program Manager, you will drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives that help care teams deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. Five (5+) years' experience leading or facilitating process improvement, performance improvement, quality improvement, operational excellence, or organizational effectiveness initiatives in a healthcare or similarly complex environment. Five (5+) years' experience in Quality Program or Patient Safety management required. Three (3+) years' experience in Regulatory or Accreditation management required. Six Sigma Green certification required. Demonstrated experience leading teams through influence, facilitation, coaching, project leadership or formal leadership experience is required.
