YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND HOLD A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE Why You'll Love Working as a Delivery Associate with Index: Starts at $21.75/hour Incentives bonus on top of start pay rate based on performance and compliance. Four 10h days working independently per week. (At least one Weekend Day required) 10:15 AM start time. A fast-paced, supportive and fun company culture. Delivery Associate Responsibilities: Load delivery vehicles with packages up to 50 lbs. Get in/out of a van and walk up/downstairs throughout their shift. Drive SAFELY, following GPS coordinated route, following all traffic laws. Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions and times of day (light and dark). Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! Our customer's packages are as important to them as they are to us.
