Job Description & Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education : Graduate of an OT curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and the Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American OT Association.
• Licensure/Registry/ Certification : Licensed Occupational Therapist in MI, CPR certification, Valid driver’s license.
• Experience : 2 years of experience as an OT preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred.
• Skills : Demonstrate clinical competency with a geriatric population,Possess basic computing skills in the workplace, Act within the authorized scope of practice, Ability to meet a standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by PACE North and approved by CMS before working independently.
• Immunizations: Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have recommended immunizations up-to-date before engaging in direct contact with participants.
