El Especialista del Proyecto de Compromiso Familiar apoya las actividades de subvenciones y administrativas del área de Servicios Familiares y del Coordinador de Compromiso Familiar. Inicia y coordina funciones administrativas mientras implementa políticas y procedimientos de acuerdo con los Estándares de Desempeño del Programa Head Start (HSPPS) en todos los sitios y programas. El Especialista del Proyecto de Compromiso Familiar colabora dentro del equipo de Compromiso Familiar para apoyar las mejores prácticas en la primera infancia, manteniendo una prestación de servicios sensible al desarrollo, centrada en las relaciones, basada en la esperanza y con enfoque en el trauma. Respetar la información altamente sensible y confidencial en todo momento. Garantizar el mantenimiento preciso de informes y registros en cumplimiento con las leyes de confidencialidad. Representar a Sunbeam en colaboraciones y eventos comunitarios. Promover una práctica culturalmente sensible y mantener una asistencia regular. Intercambiar información precisa al hacerlo. Debe ser capaz de permanecer en posición estática durante períodos prolongados (hasta el 50% de la jornada laboral) y ocasionalmente moverse dentro de la oficina para acceder a archivadores, equipos de oficina, etc. El empleado trabajará en entornos de oficina y escolares. Puede trabajar en proximidad cercana con otros empleados. El nivel de ruido en el entorno de trabajo varía de silencioso, moderado a ruidoso dependiendo del escenario laboral.
