You will oversee the full external worker lifecycle—from demand planning and engagement model selection through onboarding, performance oversight, and offboarding—ensuring services are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.You will partner closely with Tech leadership to translate workforce needs into practical, cost-effective talent solutions, advising on engagement models and capacity strategies that balance speed, quality, compliance, and risk. In collaboration with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and cross-functional stakeholders, you will drive operational excellence, monitor performance metrics, resolve issues, and continuously improve processes to enhance user experience and service quality.In this role, you will also safeguard compliance across a complex global environment, proactively managing regulatory, worker classification, and contractual risks. Through data-driven insights, strong governance, and team leadership, you will ensure our external workforce strategy enables Tech teams to deliver impact with the right skills, at the right time, in the right model.
