Clinical Supervisor

Job Overview Position: Clinical Support Team Supervisor (Full‑time, Day Shift). Location: Asheville, NC (Hendersonville, Asheville and surrounding areas). Travel: up to 25%. Responsibilities Supervise CST team members to ensure delivery of best and ethical practices. Direct day‑to‑day operations of the CST team, including staff scheduling to assure coverage. Provide individual therapy to clients served by the team. Implement behavioral interventions (modeling, behavior modification, behavior rehearsal, etc.). Qualifications Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field. Associate licensed professional (provisional license) such as LPA, LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA. Minimum one year of professional adult mental‑health work experience. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage, and reliable transportation. Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks.
