Staff Accountant | High Point, NC | 100% On-Site I'm partnering with a growing company that is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their Accounting team. Here's the thing about this one. What you'll do Own key pieces of the month-end close and help keep it on time and clean Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare journal entries and support the general ledger Build and maintain Excel schedules that other people can actually follow Help improve processes as the company grows What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required) 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a hands-on role Real experience with month-end close and bank reconciliations Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, and you're comfortable living in a spreadsheet) QuickBooks Online experience is a big plus A team-first mindset, curiosity, and follow-through Able to work 100% on-site in High Point, NC Why this role You'll be a real contributor, not just a cog Room to grow as the business grows A team that values people as much as results #J-18808-Ljbffr Parable Talent, LLC
