Receptionist

Receptionist Position at New Hope Manor

Rotating schedule including every other weekend 8:30-5pm. Receptionist needed at New Hope Manor, a privately owned nursing facility in Cedar Park. Applicant would be responsible for general office duties.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Answer phone calls
• Take and relay messages
• Greeting visitors
• Ensure lobby, reception and nurses areas are tidy
• Excel and Word Documents
• Other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Good telephone skills
• Friendly and outgoing
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Mature and reliable
• Works independently
• Flexible with schedule
• Experience working and communicating with the elderly a plus!
