Part-Time Groundskeeper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( 05:00am to 03:00pm )

Groundskeeping - using a zero turn on outside property, grounds maintenance, and other duties assigned $16-18 part-time possibly 3 days a week. May help with other tasks outside as far as grounds keeping or projects inside on the same pathway as cleaning.

Part-Time Groundskeeper Qualifications:

• Prior groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, leaf blowers, and other groundskeeping equipment
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, professional grounds
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Basic knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use equipment responsibly
• Reliable transportation to and from work
