Im a proud Air Force veteran who has spent more than two decades in service and operations, and today Im honored to serve my local community as a State Farm Agent here in Louisville, CO. Giving back is incredibly important to meIm actively involved with the Louisville Chamber of Commerce and previously served as President of Coal Creek Meals on Wheels. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marc Sisler - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
