Job Description
We're hiring Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves operating a variety of production equipment to manufacture quality parts while meeting production and safety standards. If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment, including brake presses, mechanical power presses, resistance welding machines, saws, drills, grinders, and CNC machines
- Load and unload materials and parts during production runs
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain production requirements while following safety procedures
- Assist with basic machine setup and routine maintenance
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Experience operating production machinery, presses, or CNC equipment is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
