Job Description

We're hiring Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves operating a variety of production equipment to manufacture quality parts while meeting production and safety standards. If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Operate production equipment, including brake presses, mechanical power presses, resistance welding machines, saws, drills, grinders, and CNC machines
Load and unload materials and parts during production runs
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
Maintain production requirements while following safety procedures
Assist with basic machine setup and routine maintenance
Keep work areas clean and organized
Follow all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
Experience operating production machinery, presses, or CNC equipment is a plus
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
