- Carry out routine inspections and proactive maintenance on warehouse machinery and facility systems to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they surface.
- Keep the workspace orderly and safe, consistently following established safety procedures.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Log all maintenance work clearly and escalate major concerns to leadership.
- Partner with peers to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and urgent situations.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus.
- Hands-on maintenance experience, ideally within a warehouse or industrial environment.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the confidence to work independently when needed.
- Comfort with hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment.
- Foundational knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
