Responsibilities Inspect new loss opportunities and assess mitigation needs Sell, secure, and onboard new mitigation projects Develop accurate and comprehensive scopes of work Partner with the Mitigation Project Coordinator to schedule and resource projects effectively Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders Lead and direct mitigation technicians and assigned team members on job sites Develop, manage, and monitor job workflows to ensure efficiency and quality Coordinate subcontractors and vendors as neededProactively identify and resolve job site challenges Maintain complete and accurate job files within DASH Create estimates and final invoices using Xactimate Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with DRYmedic standards Uphold safety, compliance, and operational best practices Perform other duties as required to support operational excellence Qualifications Demonstrated sales experience with the ability to close new opportunities (required) Strong working knowledge of Xactimate; DASH experience preferred IICRC certifications including, but not limited to: WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong leadership, organization, delegation, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check Commitment to professionalism, customer service, and brand representation #J-18808-Ljbffr
