Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Logistics Manager providing support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Digital Directorate (AFLCMC/HB) at Hanscom AFB, MA. The Air Force Program Execution Office for PEO Digital (AFPEO/HB) supports modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the PEO Digital portfolio, which includes over 130 programs for the USAF and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO Digital Directorate is headquartered at Hanscom AFB, MA with operating units CONUS and OCONUS. Responsibilities Determine and correlate requirements for money, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services with program plans Work with support managers to maintain comprehensive support plans, including coordination with sister and coalition services Participate in creating maintenance and life cycle logistics plans for product transitions Identify and address sustainment problem areas Manage and adjust plans and schedules to meet specific requirements on time Perform clerical and office operations support Provide analytical support for key logistics metrics in reviews Help plan, evaluate, and implement program acquisition and sustainment strategies Create management documentation for all acquisition and sustainment phases Develop briefings to support acquisition milestones and planning efforts Perform business case analyses and related studies as required Offer logistics inputs for RFPs, including specifications and statements of work (SOW), Market Research, ASPs, ESIS, etc. Assist with financial management studies, reports, and program office estimates Develop logistics plans and documents ensuring asset visibility and integration with schedules Develop Business Case Analyses in accordance with AFI 65-509 and related DoD guidance and deliverables, including program assessments and study guidance Provide expert logistics inputs to RFPs including systems specs, SRDs, SOWs, and CDRLs Develop logistics planning documents (LCSPs, deployment plans, ILSPs, DSOR/SORA packages, DMS plans) and perform data analyses to ensure asset visibility Qualifications Required: US citizenship Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12 years of experience (5 years in DoD) Comprehensive knowledge of principles and practices of systems acquisition per DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75, including roles within the DoD and the Air Force Must have and maintain an active Secret security clearance Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a professional engineering discipline and 8 years of related experience with 3 years in a DoD setting Schedule and Location Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5 Work Location: onsite at Hanscom AFB, MA Travel: No Relocation Assistance Available: No Position Contingent Upon Award of Contract: No Salary Salary Range (only if required): $110,000 - $125,000 The salary range is a general guideline; actual compensation depends on factors including government contracts, location, responsibilities, and qualifications. #LI-EW1 Benefits Torch Technologies offers a stable and professional work environment with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including ESOP participation, 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, Health Savings Accounts, EAP, education assistance, PTO, and holidays.
