Role Overview As a Hyper Wellness Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the studio—creating welcoming experiences, building client relationships, and driving sales that support long-term health transformations. This role blends client care, operations, and sales expertise to deliver exceptional results while making a meaningful impact on clients’ wellness transformations in a dynamic, health-focused environment. Location: 1941 Preston Rd #1035, Plano, TX 75093 Compensation: $16.00 - $16.50/hr, plus other monthly incentives Hours: Our hours are Mon-Fri 10-6, Sat 9-5, Sun 12-4, shifts start 30 minutes before opening. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Sales Lead engaging studio tours that highlight the benefits of our services. Deliver personalized sales and service experiences aligned with client goals. Educate clients on therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care practices. Develop customized wellness plans that support long-term health objectives. Consistently achieve membership sales, renewals, and retail targets. Client Relations & Operations Guide clients through onboarding, including waivers and POS profile creation. Manage inbound communications, scheduling, and service inquiries. Conduct proactive outreach for lead management, promotions, events, and wellness opportunities. Execute follow-up calls and other retention tactics to strengthen client relationships. Studio Leadership & Flow Act as the central hub for daily studio operations, ensuring smooth flow and satisfaction. Anticipate and proactively address operational needs. Support marketing initiatives, pre-sale events, and community programs. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Promote Restore’s mission and enthusiasm for wellness in every interaction. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Experience: 2+ years in customer service (required). Experience: 1+ year in sales (required). Membership-based sales in the health/wellness/fitness industry (preferred). Must be available on some weekdays and consistently on weekends. Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities. Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Proficiency with technology and client management systems (training provided). Proven success with membership sales and contributing to revenue growth.
