IT Major Incident Manager - Hybrid & Global Response
SMBC
SMBC is seeking an Incident Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina to oversee the management of all IT major incidents. This role involves leveraging technology for communication, coordinating resources during incidents, and ensuring timely updates to stakeholders. Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of specialized experience, making use of their IT Incident Management skills. A BA/BS is required, and ITIL certification is preferred.
