Director of Nursing/OR Nurse

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Director of Nursing/OR Nurse for an Ambulatory Surgery Center. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily ASC clinical operations, supervise OR and perioperative staff, coordinate surgical schedules, and ensure high-quality, safe patient care. Responsibilities include staff development, compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, infection control, and performance improvement. You’ll collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and administrators while supporting a culture of integrity, respect, and teamwork that positively impacts patient outcomes.
