Assessment Psychologist Department: FQHC Reimbursed Psychological Testing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Rolla - W 10th Street, DCCI Reporting To: Sarah Lea Description Use Your Clinical Expertise to Empower Individualized Treatment Plans We're seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality psychological assessments that inform care and support long-term wellness. In this role, you'll conduct integrated evaluations using norm-referenced testing and clinical interviews, then translate your findings into actionable, strength-based recommendations for both treatment and educational planning. This is an impactful opportunity to shape care for individuals across the lifespan while collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Full-time, benefit eligible position. 40 hours weekly. Candidate should have experience in psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations for children, teens, and young adults. - Finds purpose in delivering evaluations that guide and improve mental health treatment
- Enjoys working independently while staying connected to a supportive, integrated care team
- Is comfortable delivering services both in-person and via Telehealth
- Is committed to clinical excellence and professional integrity
- Conduct psychological evaluations including testing, interpretation, and feedback
- Prepare clear, strength-based reports with evidence-based recommendations
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to inform care planning
- Complete required documentation (including prior authorizations) accurately and on time
- Maintain productivity expectations while upholding clinical quality standards
- Supervise psychology interns or residents as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and performance improvement efforts
- Stay current with best practices and ethical guidelines in psychological assessment
- Doctorate degree in psychology required
- At least two (2) years' experience preferred
- Experience in child/adolescent evaluations preferred
