This role involves providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and supervising clinical staff on the unit. Job Details:

• Location: Glendale, Arizona
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid registered nursing license with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, including experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or similar units.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supervising or mentoring staff is a plus.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for patient assessment, planning, and implementation of direct clinical care on a per-shift basis. The role includes supervising staff to whom appropriate care is delegated, and supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high standards of care, staff competency, and resource management.
