Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
- 500,000 sq. feet of production space and warehouse
- Candidate will need to be comfortable working from heights - scissor lift/fork lifts
- Client facing role
Some independent work, some work as a team based on safety requirements Resource's typical working day:
Facility work only
Overhead doors
Dock doors
FLS PM's
- Fire life safety
Overhead lights
Minor plumbing
Light carpentry Must Have Skills:
Electrical troubleshooting experience
Mechanical experience
- Specifically overhead doors
Candidate will need to be able to walk up and down multiple flights of stairs each day Nice to have skills:
480 volt experience
Food safety experience
Hydraulic experience Soft Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn Years of Experience:
1-2+ years Education:
H.S. diploma or GED required, Trade school preferred or equivalent experience Software skills:
Basic computer skills
Basic phone app skills Interview Process: 1 round in-person with H.M, including a site tour About the Role:
