This position is based out of Memphis, TN.Meyer Utility Structures is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for who will be an integral member of the Business Unit Supply Chain team, in our Memphis, TN office, supporting the achievement of both short-term execution goals and long-term strategic objectives. This role will focus on data-driven analysis, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration to support informed decision-making across the organization. The Supply Chain Analyst will work closely with multiple departments and plant locations to support Meyer Utility Structures' continued growth.Meyer Utility Structures is an industry leader in the engineering design and fabrication of concrete and tubular steel structures for transmission, distribution, and substation applications. With over sixty years of innovative engineering and manufacturing expertise, Meyer has helped to author and validate many of today's transmission industry standards and specifications.What You Will Do:Extract, clean, and analyze large data sets from multiple internal systemsSupport category management by analyzing total cost of ownership (TCO) and sourcing scenariosPrepare and provide bi-monthly, monthly, and quarterly reporting related to working capital, contract adherence, and supplier on-time delivery (OTD) performanceAdd, transform, and manage data in Power BI and Excel using Data Lake and ERP system connectionsCollaborate across departments to gather and align data for end-to-end value chain analysisSupport the ongoing development, maintenance, and governance of supply chain dashboards and KPIsIdentify opportunities to automate, streamline, and integrate supply chain processes through the adoption of new tools and technologiesPerform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by business and supply chain leadershipWhat You Will Need:Bachelor's degree required; supply chain management, business analytics, finance, or a related field preferred5+ years of professional experience in a business, supply chain, or analytical roleStrong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindsetDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple locations, including the U.S. and MexicoSolid understanding of business process analysis and data-driven decision supportAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and data visualization strongly preferredAbility to clearly communicate analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesMUS276Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
