We are a long-established and growing printing and sign company seeking a dependable and creative team member to join our team. This position blends customer service, graphic design, and production work , making it ideal for someone who enjoys both interacting with customers and working hands-on with design and print equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
• Create and edit designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Prepare and set up artwork for print production
• Operate and assist with digital printing equipment
• Review customer files for quality, accuracy, and print readiness
• Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (required)
• Strong communication skills — clear, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Printing, sign, or production experience is a plus (but not required)

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of digital printing or sign production
• File setup and prepress experience
• Problem-solving mindset
