* Generate new client referrals and business opportunities
* Assist with caregiver recruiting and onboarding efforts
* Attend networking events, community outreach programs, and health fairs
* Maintain professional communication with referral sources and prospective clients
* Support office coordination and caregiver communication when needed Qualifications * Experience in healthcare marketing, home care, sales, recruiting, or caregiving preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Reliable transportation required
