Patient Volume: Average Daily Census of 11 patients Specialties: Orthopedics, General Surgery, ObGyn, Cardiology, Nephrology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Oncology, Pediatrics Coverage Model: Day 2 MD/DO 7a-7p and 1 NPPA 7a-7p; Night: 1 MD/DO 7p-7a and 1 NPPA 7p-7a Number of Beds: 99 hospital beds Acuity: Level III Trauma Center EMR: EPIC Fellowship/Residency: Family Medicine Residency Program onsite Qualifications Education: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency training Licensure: Must have or be able to obtain New Mexico medical license Board Certification: Must be board eligible/board certified Facility & Clinical Details About CHRISTUS Southern New Mexico-HM: CHRISTUS Health Southern New Mexico in Alamogordo offers physicians the chance to practice broad-spectrum medicine in a community setting where their clinical decisions have a visible, immediate impact on patient outcomes.
