Family Physician

Family Practice Physician – FQHC Setting so you can get up to $50K for 2 years of full-time service school loan repayment. $$$$$$$$$$$$$ We are partnering with a leading community health organization to recruit a Family Practice Physician to join their interdisciplinary care team. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages within a supportive FQHC environment. What You’ll Do: Provide complete clinical care, including physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment. Order and interpret lab tests, screenings, and diagnostic procedures. Maintain thorough patient records using EMR systems. Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary team members. Mentor residents, medical students, and other healthcare professionals. 4-4.5 days in the clinic plus 0.5 days for charting. See 18 patients per day and have a dedicated MA to support you. MUST HAVE Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited institution. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Practice. Active California medical license with no disciplinary actions. Current DEA license and CPR/BCLS/ACLS certification. Strong communication skills; Spanish-speaking is required. Experience in FQHC or community health settings is a plus. Skills & Abilities: Critical thinking, complex problem-solving, active learning, judgment, decision-making, service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills. Flexible practice locations with some physical activity required, including walking, bending, and occasional lifting. Protective equipment provided as necessary.
