You’ll help clients navigate regulatory complexity while balancing environmental protection and sustainable development—delivering solutions that stand up to both scrutiny and impact.What Your Impact IsLead and execute field‑based wetland delineations and protected species assessments for nationally significant projectsShape environmental permitting strategies across renewable energy, oil & gas, power, infrastructure, and technology sectorsDeliver high‑quality technical documentation, risk assessments, and compliance strategiesPartner with ERM’s nationwide network of technical specialists to resolve complex environmental challengesContribute directly to ERM’s Impact Assessment practice and long‑term sustainability goalsWhat You’ll BringRequiredBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Natural Resources, or a related field (minimum 3.0 GPA) or equivalent experience5+ years of relevant environmental experience, including wetland delineation, habitat assessments, and permittingProject management experienceStrong working knowledge of plant identification, hydric soils, and hydrology indicatorsDemonstrated technical writing, data management, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to travel and perform fieldwork up to 50% of the timeDriver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
