This position is located in Seattle, Washington and is not union-represented. Band 1 within the Washington Management Services structure. Salary range: $88,800 – $106,543 annually. Potential growth and development salary up to $109,740 (not available at initial hire). Base pay will consider internal equity and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Dual‑language or location stipends may apply. 5% Dual Language Requirement Pay for dual‑language positions. 5% Location Pay for King County assignments. Position Description The Administrative Operations Manager oversees all administrative functions at the Seattle and Tacoma locations of the Torts Division, collaborating with the Division Chief and the Management Team. Responsibilities include HR actions, payroll, equipment and facilities planning, strategic planning, and the overall management of office operations. Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term plans, internal procedures, and policies. Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects and work groups. Qualifications Required: Six years of experience in one or more of the following: Paralegal certification. Two‑year paralegal degree. Paraprofessional experience supporting attorneys, with at least two years of supervision in a legal setting.
