Senior Corporate Counsel, Finance & Capital Markets (Torrance)

Hadrian seeks an Associate General Counsel, Corporate to own the firm’s financing matters and capital strategy. You will partner with the Finance team, draft and negotiate credit facilities, term loans, and equity financings, and coordinate with lenders, investors, and the Board.

You will oversee structuring transactions, securities compliance, and governance playbooks, driving scale and efficiency across complex capitalization strategies in a rapidly growing company.
