View the comprehensive information about the competitive benefits package on our careers page then scroll down to CENTERS Benefits.ResponsibilitiesEssential Responsibilities:Monitor the Gaming Lounge including the games and equipmentEnforce policies and procedures specific to the Gaming LoungeRoutine cleaning of e-gaming equipment, rented equipment, and all areas of the Gaming LoungeEnsure operation of all gaming equipment, computers, and accessoriesComplete preventative maintenance and cleaningSet up for daily activities and operationsAssist members and guests with concerns, questions, and incidents/accidentsAssist Professional Staff and Building Managers as requestedUnderstand and demonstrate competencies in the area of the Emergency Action PlanMaintain a clean and safe working environmentAttend all staff trainings and meetingsEnsure a safe and inclusive environment for Health and Recreation Center members and guestsQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Must obtain American Red Cross CPR/AED & First Aid certification (we will provide the certification upon employment if needed)Ability to work independentlyCompetencies:Strong customer service skillsWillingness and ability to enforce policies and resolve conflictsAbility to handle several tasks at once with frequent interruptionsBasic gaming knowledge and skillsBasic computer skillsWork Environment and Physical DemandsWork Environment and Physical Demands:Work Environment:Office environment/fitness center environment/gymnasium center environmentModerate to loud noisePhysical Demands:Assisting in event setups requiring lifting exceeding 30lbsStanding or walkingRepetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement (while operating computer equipment)Bending, stoopingOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
