Job Description ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Cumming, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/15/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Unit/n/n Assignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n 12-hour night shifts from 1900 to 0730. Shift varies. /n/nJob Description/n Provide comprehensive nursing care in an inpatient surgical unit composed of 32 private rooms. The patient population primarily includes those undergoing orthopedic procedures. This role requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Deliver patient-centered nursing care to med-surg and orthopedic patients. /n - Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. /n - Participate in surgical procedures as needed within the surgical unit. /n - Document patient care activities and collaborate with the healthcare team. /n - Educate patients and families about their care plans and recovery processes. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in a medical surgical or orthopedic unit. /n - Current AHA BLS and NIH Certification required. /n - ACLS certification is preferred. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
