If so, our Rehab Team at Dupage Care Center in Wheaton, IL has a per diem (PRN) opportunity available. New Graduates New graduates are encouraged to apply. We provide mentorship, training, and hands‑on experience to help you grow in your career. Responsibilities Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans. Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant school. Hold a valid state license. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends. Experience in acute care, long‑term care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
