Senior Designer

Inbox Monster is hunting for a sharp, stylish Senior Designer to join our small but mighty Marketing team. We recently gave our brand an epic refresh, and now we’re looking for someone who’s excited to help shape what comes next. This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a brand guide and told to color inside the lines. You’ll help evolve the visual identity of one of the fastest-growing companies in the email marketing space, creating work that’s memorable, clever and unmistakably Inbox Monster. We’re looking for someone based in Atlanta for a hybrid role, with 1–2 days a week in our Buckhead office for collaboration, creative brainstorming and the occasional excuse to eat tacos together. What You’ll Do Create bold, beautiful, on-brand creative across our website, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, presentations, print and whatever comes next. Be a steward of the Inbox Monster brand, helping us maintain consistency while pushing our creative forward. Partner closely with our Head of Marketing and Content Lead to dream up campaigns that stand out in crowded inboxes (and crowded LinkedIn feeds). Bring ideas to the table, not just pixels. We love designers who think strategically and bring big ideas to the whiteboard. Jump into a fast-moving environment with curiosity, flexibility and a collaborative mindset. No precious egos—just people making great work together. What We’re Looking For Expert-level experience in Figma. It’s currently the center of our design universe. Working knowledge of Webflow to create and update landing pages, product pages and other web experiences. Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator for illustration and print-ready design. Curiosity about emerging AI-powered creative workflows. You’ll be excited to experiment with tools like Claude and to help build and maintain our exciting Claude-based design system. Not because it’s trendy, but because it makes great work even better. A passion for great visual storytelling, thoughtful typography (we’re very protective of our custom Monstie Sans font) and clean, modern design. Incredible attention to detail and pride in your work. Good enough doesn’t exist in this role. Bonus Points If You Have Experience designing for a SaaS or technology company. Experience in email marketing (or an unhealthy fascination with it).
