Overview Well established and fast growing multi entity organization targeting a Controller to join the team! Compensation 125-$145K + 15% Bonus LOCATION: Woodland Hills, CA (Onsite) - occasional weekends as needed - can take subsequent time off if overtime worked

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required About the Company The company is a rapidly growing, multi-unit hospitality organization. Position Overview This individual will oversee daily accounting operations and play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across a multi-location environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical accounting foundation along with hands-on experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or consumer retail industries. Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, cash management, and fixed assets Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial variance analyses Partner cross-functionally with operations and FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements Support external audits, internal audits, and tax-related processes Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability Mentor and develop accounting staff, as applicable Assist with strategic initiatives including M&A activity and potential IPO readiness Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required CPA (active or in progress) strongly preferred 5–15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3–5+ years in a leadership role Experience in hospitality, restaurant, F&B, or multi-unit retail environments highly preferred Proficiency with ERP systems (Sage Intacct or similar) and advanced Excel skills Strong understanding of inventory accounting and revenue recognition within hospitality Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Detail-oriented with a proactive and high-integrity mindset Why Join the Company High-growth, founder-led organization with strong market momentum Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Opportunity for career advancement within a scaling organization Collaborative and dynamic team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Elite Group
