Negotiation Specialist We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused negotiator interested in pursuing a career in the automotive claims space. In this role, you will work closely with our body shop and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges. This is a full-time, remote position with the ideal candidate being self-motivated, reliable, and thriving in a remote work environment. What you'll do:

* Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.

* Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.

* Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.

* Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.

* Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.

* Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.

* Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience in a client/customer service role.

* Strong negotiation skills.

* Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.

* Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates a plus.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
