Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients in various therapeutic settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting holistic evaluations of families and individuals, designing tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, and when necessary, providing individual therapy for each partner.

• Addressing complex issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, communication challenges, and family conflicts.

• Developing and implementing strategies for blended families coping with remarriage and parenting challenges.

• Supporting clients through significant life transitions like divorce or separation and assisting with the adjustment process.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients across various settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work primarily with adults, children, and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. You will have the opportunity to serve a diverse clientele dealing with issues ranging from addiction and trauma to family dynamics and communication barriers. Qualifications\n
