Job Title: Urology Physician
Hourly Pay Rate: $3,399.63
Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Urology Physician to join our team for ongoing coverage. The position involves 24-hour call shifts with specific scheduled periods throughout the year, including May 15-18, June 12-15 or June 19-22, and July 3-6. The role requires providing coverage at two hospitals, Good Sam and Ephrata, with the option to stay in nearby hotels. The patient population primarily includes adults aged 18 and over.
Responsibilities:
- Cover for two hospitals, ensuring continuous patient care during scheduled shifts
- Respond to callbacks averaging 8-10 hours on Fridays and 4 hours on Saturdays and Sundays
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
- Comply with hospital protocols and quality standards
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Pennsylvania Medical License
- DEA certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Urology
- Credentialing time: approximately 90 days, with a clean file
- 3x24-hour day shifts (07:00 - 07:00) during designated periods
