Job Summary The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen. This position requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to upholding sanitation standards. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand. Ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards. Organize cleaned dishes and utensils appropriately for storage. Empty trash bins regularly and maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas. Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of kitchen waste and cleaning chemicals. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety. Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service. Report any maintenance or repair issues related to kitchen equipment or facilities to management. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast‑paced environment. Perform all special cleaning projects assigned by management. Other duties as assigned. Experience Requirements High School Diploma. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Physical stamina.
