Legacy Forge is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Representatives in the Portland area.

This is an entry-level, face-to-face retail sales position where you'll work directly with customers inside a retail environment, educating them about products and services while providing an outstanding customer experience.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and professional development to help you build a successful career in sales.

Employees who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential may have the opportunity to qualify for future leadership and management opportunities as our company continues to grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by educating them on available products, services, and promotions
• Build positive relationships through professional, face-to-face customer interactions
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that best fit their goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Learn consultative sales techniques and effective communication skills
• Participate in daily coaching, training, and professional development
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
