Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to provide respiratory care services in Critical Care and Emergency Department settings. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing adult critical care patients and emergency respiratory interventions in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Schedule

• Day Shift
• 3 x 12-Hour Shifts
• 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Every Other Weekend Required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience required
• Adult Critical Care experience required
• Emergency Department experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Epic experience required

Required Licensure & Certifications

• Active Tennessee CRT License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• NRP Certification

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory disorders
• Manage ventilators and advanced respiratory support equipment
• Respond to emergency situations and code events
• Administer respiratory medications and therapies
• Perform patient assessments and diagnostic testing
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
