Associate Attorney

Rodè & Coffin, LLC seeks an associate attorney to join its industry leading long-term care practice, which includes a wide range of practice areas ranging from regulatory compliance and appeals to accounts receivable/collections. This position involves significant direct client communication, transactional work, and litigation in both administrative and judicial settings. New hires often focus on accounts receivable/collections matters while being exposed to other practice areas and learning the ins and outs of the highly regulated long-term care industry. A successful candidate will have at least one (1) year of law firm experience, a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and legal writing skills, and want to work in a small, fast-paced law firm. Experience in collections, purchase and sale transactions, business law, or administrative law is preferred, but not required.
